I want to change or cancel my order.

You can change or cancel any order as long as the order status is "Processing". Once the order status changes to "Shipped", we will not be able to change or cancel your order, as it is now being processed by our carrier.

For the vast majority of international orders, you do not need to prepay import taxes, duties, or VAT. We will do our best to optimize the shipping process to help your package clear customs smoothly. However, the collection of these taxes and fees ultimately depends on the customs policies of your destination country, which is beyond our control. If your package is required to pay such fees during customs clearance, you, as the recipient, will be responsible for this amount. Can I update my delivery address?

Please note: We cannot change the shipping address after the order leaves the warehouse.
